Hi, I’m Erica—a licensed mental health counselor, professional school counselor, coach, educator, and human who believes in meeting people exactly where they are. With a background in mental health and over 15 years of experience in education and counseling, I’ve supported teens, adults and families through all kinds of transitions, challenges, and growth. Whether I’m working with you one-on-one or teaching graduate students at Montana State University, my work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story.

But there's more to me than my professional role(s).

I’m someone who’s lived in five states and a few countries, speaks Spanish, and values real, honest conversations. I’m drawn to the messy, beautiful process of change and enjoy helping people figure out what matters most to them—and how to move toward it. I bring humor, directness, and warmth to everything I do, and I believe growth is most powerful when it’s paired with a genuine connection.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my family, soaking up the Montana summer, hunting for treasures in thrift stores, white water rafting when I get the chance, and always listening to an audiobook—which varies based on my mood.
